Join Balanced Wealth Management as a Financial Advisor: Lead Our Expansion into the Greater Providence Area and Boston Market
Balanced Wealth Management is seeking an experienced and driven Financial Advisor to spearhead our growth into the Greater Providence and Boston market. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take the reins of a new office, backed by the full support of our established team. The role starts with an in-depth, 3-6 month training period at our East Greenwich, RI headquarters, after which you’ll take charge of building and managing our Boston presence.
Position: Financial Advisor
As a Financial Advisor at Balanced Wealth Management, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients secure their financial futures. We take pride in offering personalized, comprehensive financial plans that are tailored to each client’s unique needs and objectives. From fee-based investments to fixed-indexed annuities and life insurance, you’ll utilize a full suite of solutions to deliver real, measurable impact.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Build Strong Client Relationships: Engage with clients and prospects, gain deep insights into their financial goals, and guide them through a structured, customized financial planning process.

Develop Tailored Financial Plans: Create holistic strategies that incorporate investments, retirement planning, and insurance solutions designed to meet the client’s specific financial needs.

Drive Client Acquisition: Leverage your sales acumen to convert leads into long-term clients, delivering meaningful financial solutions that align with their goals.

Collaborate with a High-Performing Team: Work closely with our internal team of advisors and support staff to ensure exceptional client service and outcomes.

Qualifications:

Licenses Required: Active Life and Health Insurance License along with either Series 65 or Series 66.

Proven Experience: Extensive background in financial advising, particularly with hands-on client interaction. Experience in retirement planning and fee-based financial services is highly desirable.

Sales Expertise: You excel at not only advising clients but also guiding them toward informed, confident decisions. Closing skills and a consultative sales approach are critical for success in this role.

Exceptional Communication: You possess the ability to simplify complex financial concepts and present them in a way that builds trust and understanding with clients.
